Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing our services

1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MANYASRI INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

Refunds are processed based on the type of service purchased.

2. SaaS Subscription Services

For subscription-based software services:

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
  • After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund past payments.

3. Custom Software Development

Payments made for custom software development projects are:

  • Non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable after milestone approval.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
